Mood and Sleep

Mood and sleep have been put together because they are intrinsically linked. 

Helping women navigate  their mental wellness is one of my passions. I have seen it so often in my clinic and have my own personal experience with it, and I know there are so many things that can help. For me this incorporates the following;

This gives me great information to see what's going on in your adrenals and how it relates to your sleep wake cycle.
